The Brave-Heart Man Visits Chiropractor

Mel-Gibson-Chiropractor
Movies are nothing but entertainment but the audience does not take some movies just like other movies. For instance, if a girl wants to woo her crush, she just has to say, “my favorite quote is from Braveheart when William Wallace says,
“Every man dies. Not every man really lives”
Why so? Because Mel Gibson portrayed the historical character of Sir William Wallace so well that it wooed majority of men off their feet!

Mel Gibson a versatile actor with a lot of good movies in his pocket has proven to be an outstanding actor, is a regular visitor at Chiropractor to wash away his stress from the hard work he does to perform those terrific characters. When he was asked about chiropractic treatment, he said,

“Chiropractic is about health and fitness. Chiropractic is about natural, preventive health care. What you are doing, and I have experienced this for the last 30 years myself on my own body, means that whenever I have a problem—or even if I don’t have a problem—and I go to a chiropractor, my problems are gone for a long time.”

While shooting for, “The patriot” he said,
“I got a chiropractor to come along to the [Patriot] shoot, because they can actually stick you back together within 15 minutes. He used to come every other week, from Los Angeles to South Carolina — spend a week and work on the entire crew. All the stunt guys were like, Oh, fix my disc. He is putting their discs back in. The guy is amazing.”
Braveheart man isn’t just brave, apparently he is smart too!

Sitting up straight is not a good idea

Back pain is one the basic issues we all have to go through at some period of time. and so some of us turn to chiropractors where as others take aid of aspirins to get rid of this pain. How about if we say that slouch back and your back problem will be solved to a good extent! Although it is quite weird to hear as we have been told to sit up straight to avoid back problems from the very start, however on contrary the fact is that slouching is actually good for your back

Sitting up straight can actually more likely lead to back problem and according to the recent research conducted at the Woodend Hostipal in Aberdeen, Scottsdale, slouching back or reclined position is good to avoid back problem and is better than sitting up straight for long.

A recent studies collected by British Chiropractic Association tells that an estimate of 32% of the population spends more than 10 hours a day seated. This time includes working hours at office as well leisure hours at home spent while watching TV or eating. This research also tells that about 50% of office workers do not leave their desks all day, not even to eat lunch. Furthermore to prove their point and to show that sitting straight actually places constant strain on your back; they used new form of MRI. The results were very apparent and it was proved that the best position in which to sit at your desk is leaning slightly back, at about 135 degrees

So, SLOUCH back as it is actually good for you.
