Back Pain Again...

Back pain is a very common problem and four in every five adults deal with it on a daily basis.
“Most cases of back pain are caused by strains and minor injuries, rather than more serious causes, and are often referred to as 'non-specific’, 'simple' or 'mechanical' back pain.”

These symptoms mostly occur suddenly and can be triggered by a particular movement; however, the causes may have been building for some time.

Some of the most common causes of stress and strain on the spine that results in back pain includes:

  • Slouching in chairs
  • Driving in hunched positions
  • Standing badly
  • Lifting incorrectly
  • Sleeping on sagging mattresses
  • Being unfit
  • Generally overdoing it

A new study reveals that Americans are spending record amount of money on treatment for back pain. These treatment includes MRI's, visit to doctor and chiropractor treatments. But the question is if it’s really working for them?
